Project Type: Custom home with two garden-level rental suites.

This complicated project involved lifting an existing “character” house and adding a partial 3rd floor.  The exterior turned out amazing thanks to our Architect, Keith Jakobsen.  Warm shiplap walls contrast beautifully with the dark monolithic kitchen cabinets of this modern beach house.
